Agnieszka

She's a devoted sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiast. Having excelled as an amateur Latin American ProAm dance tournament medalist, she turned to Pilates as a crucial element in her recovery journey after a significant injury. Pilates, with its emphasis on precision and acute movement awareness, now defines her approach. She crafts customized exercises to meet each client's unique needs. What sets her apart is her seamless integration of Pilates with cutting-edge methods like the Zoga Multidimensional Movement technique, aimed at optimizing fitness and overall well-being. Her extensive training includes Intensive Reformer STOTT PILATES, My Pilates Methods for Pilates Mat, and comprehensive training in Zoga Movement, spanning introductory and advanced levels of Movement Practice.

Emilia

Meet Emilia, a physical education graduate with a specialization in posture correction. Her love for sports ignited in her childhood, and as a teenager, she dedicated nearly 8 years to capoeira. However, her heart soon found a passion for climbing and Pilates. Emilia's Pilates journey commenced in Bydgoszcz, where she led classes for several years before setting up in Warsaw for the past two years. She has enriched her expertise through a range of training and workshops, including Pilates Medical and stretching courses. Emilia is a certified instructor at the prestigious Basi Pilates international school. As a dedicated trainer, she places utmost importance on technique and precision, believing these aspects play a vital role in enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the body, ultimately leading to improved overall well-being.

Ania

She has been involved in sports since she was a child, practiced dancing and took part in numerous jazz, modern, ballet and show competitions. Now she transfer her love for sport to others, motivating them to spend their time actively! She improves her pilates skills in accordance with the comprenhensive program of the prestigious American Balanced Body school. She loves working with people and their progress gives her great satisfaction. During classes, she pays great attention to details, and the quality of movement is extremely important to her.

Natalia

A certified Pilates mat, Reformer and B-Barre teacher, she likes to think about her workouts as a holistic experience of the body and the mind. She shares what she have learnt throughout many years of her own experience in practising Pilates, yoga, dance (ProAm latin), Trilo Chi, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. She has always been fascinated with the beauty and magic of human body in motion, and she sees movement as a growing and healing tool for our bodies and minds. Her goal is to expand, support and contribute to the community of people who aim at becoming mindful, healthy and fit in all areas of their lives.
